Belén Seoane Palmieri is an Argentine visual and multimedia artist, musician, and creative web designer. She is completing a BA in Visual Arts and a BA in Multimedia Arts at the National University of the Arts (UNA) in Buenos Aires, and was awarded an academic exchange scholarship at the Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain.
She works across interactive 3D worlds, music, sound, writing, and the web. Her practice explores technology as imagination rather than infrastructure: a place where dreams, ritual, perception, and the body can meet. She is interested in the internet as an artistic territory, drawing connections between digital environments and the symbolic technologies of pre-Columbian cultures, where words, images, and symbols were understood as forces capable of transforming reality. Her current thesis project, Technological Alchemy, asks a simple question: what if virtual spaces could feel less like casinos and shopping malls, and more like forests, dreams, or rituals?
She is also the co-founder of Divino Divino, a creative web design studio where she builds expressive websites for artists and cultural projects. Her work is an invitation to imagine the internet as a place worth inhabiting again—playful, magical, slow, and alive.
